Our business was made possible by the revitalization of the South Side on Lamar neighborhood, which began with the renovation of the Sears Building™. From there, it exploded with the addition of Gilley's™, an entertainment complex complete with restaurants and musical venues. The Dallas Police Department broke ground across the street from this superb urban-loft-living community located at I-30 and South Lamar Street.
